Transition to Paperless Documentation for Calibration Gases

As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible business practices, we are pleased to announce that, effective immediately, all calibration gas cylinders supplied by our company will transition to a paperless documentation system.

This initiative is an important step in reducing paper consumption, minimizing waste, and supporting global efforts to protect our environment for future generations. By embracing digital technology, we can significantly reduce our environmental footprint while continuing to provide the same high level of service, quality, and compliance that our customers expect.

What Is Changing?

Beginning immediately, we will no longer include printed copies of the following documents with calibration gas cylinders:

  • Certificate of Analysis (COA)

  • Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) / Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

  • Other related product certification documents

Instead, these documents will be made available electronically through the QR code printed directly on each cylinder label.

How to Access Your Documents

Accessing your documentation is quick and simple:

  1. Locate the QR code on the cylinder label.

  2. Use your smartphone or tablet camera, or any QR code scanning application.

  3. Scan the QR code.

  4. Instantly access and download the electronic versions of the Certificate of Analysis and Safety Data Sheet.

This digital approach ensures that you always have access to the most accurate and up-to-date documentation whenever and wherever you need it.
