The built in smart MENU interface allow the user to fully configure the analyzer through the onboard MENU system. No need for a complicated laptop or other control device to setup the analyzer in the field. Another highlight of the advanced set of electronics includes a USB output for data logging. Data logging can be done via a removable USB flash drive and data can be taken in 1 minute intervals. An 8 GB flash drive can store data for 50+ years.
The analyzer comes with a built in sample system that includes a front accessible sensor housing, a flow control knob, flow indicator and a 4-way bypass valve. Gas inlet is made via 1/8″ Compression tube fitting. The 4-way bypass valve allows the user to purge the gas lines prior to sending the gas to the oxygen sensor allowing for a much quicker gas measurement over quick disconnect type analyzers.
The analyzer is designed as an extractive type unit to draw the sample through its integrated sample system which includes a bypass / isolation valve, flow needle valve and a visual rotameter / flowmeter.
The standard cell (TO2-133) is unaffected by other background gases such as hydrogen, helium, or hydrocarbons. The optional acidic cell (TO2-233) works well when acid gases such as CO2 or Natural Gas are present. All oxygen sensors are manufactured in house by Southland Sensing Ltd. under a strict ISO9001:2015 / ISO13485:2016 quality system.
The sensors are self-contained and minimal maintenance is required – no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte.
